Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
